Tamak is a brand owned by Tamak, having its registered office at Indore, MP, India. All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics (where copyrighted by Tamak), logos, designs, images, digital downloads, compilations, and software, is the property of Tamak and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
All products, designs, images, digital files, and prints are the intellectual property of Tamak. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Applicable Law
By using www.tamaklabel.in, you agree that the laws of India will govern these terms and any dispute arising between you and Tamak, under the jurisdiction of Indore, India.
3. Fabric & Embroidery Disclaimer
We use high-quality fabrics and materials in all our garments. Embroidery and embellishment details may vary slightly as each product is handcrafted. Product photos are for representation purposes and may show minor color or texture differences due to lighting and screen settings. We recommend dry cleaning only for all garments.
4. Payment Terms
We offer secure online payment options via credit/debit cards and internet banking for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, powered by our payment gateway partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All transactions are processed by Tamak.
5. Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes:
- 12% GST on garments
6. Dispatch Timeline
Made-to-Order Items: Our products are often handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for processing and dispatch.
In-Stock Items: Items available in stock are dispatched within 10-15 business days of order placement.
7. Delivery Timeline
Post-dispatch, delivery time depends on your location and our logistics partners. While we strive for prompt deliveries, Tamak is not liable for courier or postal delays. We will assist you in tracking your shipment.
8. Outlier Locations

9. International Orders – Payment Terms
We are pleased to serve international customers. Orders can be placed directly on our website and are payable in USD via PayPal (accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Amex). Upon successful payment confirmation, we will begin processing your order. All transactions are securely processed by Tamak Label.
10. International Orders – Confirmation & Shipping
International customers will bear shipping costs. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you regular updates via email. Import duties, customs fees, and handling charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
11. International Taxes
As per Indian export policy, no taxes are applied on goods exported from India. However, customs or import duties may apply in the destination country.
12. International Orders – Dispatch Timeline
In-stock international orders are dispatched within 15-20 business days. Custom orders and backordered products are typically dispatched within 15-20 days.
13. International Delivery Timeline
Delivery duration after dispatch depends on the destination and logistics availability. Tamak Label is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities, but we will provide full support in tracking and resolving any issues.
