Please note:

  • Exchanges for a different item are not allowed.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

1. How to Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at tamak.label@gmail.com including:
    • Order details
    • Clear images of the purchased product
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 working days, guiding you through the exchange process. We may request additional photos or information for review.

2. Important

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive and approve the item, we will dispatch the exchanged product with care.
